Cancellation Policy

At ContractorSphere, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. Because of this, we can only accept cancellations within a limited time frame.


1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.
  • After 24 hours, your order will already be in processing/shipping stage with our supplier (Tradelle), and cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us at thecontractorsphere@gmail.com within the 24-hour window.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email.

3. Refund for Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Orders Beyond 24 Hours

  • If more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return/refund after receiving the product (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details).

5. Exceptions

  • In rare cases (e.g., item out of stock, supplier error), ContractorSphere may cancel an order from our side. Customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
