2. Products & Orders

  • All products listed on ContractorSphere are subject to availability.
  • Prices, descriptions, and availability of products may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues occur.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • ContractorSphere sources products through Tradelle’s dropshipping network.
  • Standard shipping times range from 7–20 business days, depending on destination and product availability.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, logistics issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns and refunds for eligible products.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned product has been inspected.
  • To initiate a return, customers must first contact us at thecontractorsphere@gmail.com with their order details.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
